The art of song interpretation by Dietrich Fischer-Dieskau inspired David Geringas to create these wonderful sounding arrangements for viola and piano. Due to their medium degree of difficulty, the titles are suitable for advanced students, concert musicians as well as chamber music circles. Diemut Poppen took over the tuning of the viola part with fingerings and lines.
