The first movement (Allegro moderato), which is somewhat more conventional, leads into a suspenseful, harmoniously charming Andante and ends with a rapid Allegro con moto. Game music in the best sense. I hope that an interested ensemble will take up this work. It could be a first performance outside the former Soviet Union! Roger Faedi
